Who can attend?

Anyone who is passionate about building church! We have no formal or academic entry requirements. So if you are keen to grow personally, develop as a leader and deepen your beliefs so as to be a better church builder, you are welcome to join us.

You can register and start your Building Church Dynamics course at any of 5 entry points: September, November, January, March, May

The Edge Centre is conveniently located just off the M6, M62 and M61 motorways and has lots of parking.

Format

Each Saturday consists of a varied range of inputs including material from all three modules of the core curriculum and one or more of the guest ministries.

The packed programme starts at 09.30 and runs through to 16.00 on each Saturday.

Coffee, tea, cold drinks and biscuits are provided in each break, as part of the programme. Lunch can be purchased from Postcode, the on-site Café, other nearby outlets or students can bring a packed lunch.

Graduation

Students graduate with a Building Church Dynamics Certificate of Completion in recognition of their hard work. To gain the certificate students must have attended all ten Saturday schools (unless absences were agreed in advance), completed the assignment tasks and have paid their course fee in full.

Pastoral Support

Students are encouraged to attend the Building Church Academy with the support of their local church pastor and to keep them informed of their progress.

Costs

The Building Church Dynamics Course Fee is:

  • £450 if paid in full at the start
  • £490 if paid in instalments
  • Plus a £20 registration fee

Payment options

  1. Payment in full at the commencement of the course £450
  2. A part payment of £250 at the start of the course followed by six monthly payments of £40 per Saturday School. Total payable £490

The course fee includes all tuition, fees for DISC personality profiling, any resources given to students and drinks during breaks.

In addition, a non-refundable registration fee of £20 is paid when you register your intention to attend.
